Renting on the Costa Blanca
You won't find a list of 3,000 listings here yet — and that is deliberate. Before we show a property, we check title, charges and permits. We don't have those properties yet, whether you want to spend the winter (1–6 months) or rent for longer. What you do get now: a place to save your search, so you are the first to hear when something does come up that fits and has been checked.

Two minutes, below. You only hear from us when a rental comes up that meets your profile — with the paperwork checked beforehand. Otherwise, silence.
Two very different things
In Spain these are two legally separate worlds, and you notice it straight away in practice.
Only allowed with a valid VT registration (vivienda turística) from the regional government. Without that registration the let is not legal, whatever a listing promises.
Falls under the Spanish tenancy law (LAU) — with different rules on notice periods, deposits and tenant protection than a holiday let.
Find out more
In the guide we explain the difference between VT registration and the LAU tenancy law in detail — so you know what to look out for before you sign.
